Cofagrigus is the type of Pokemon where the best IV spreads (Rank 1, 0/11/14, and Rank 2, 0/15/11) have a significant gap in stat product compared to most other Pokemon. It has no CP limitations, so strong Legendaries, Pseudo-Legendaries and Mythicals are all common picks in this league. For Pokémon that max out at or just under 1500 CP, a 100% IV of its kind is still the way to go.
